If you pay by credit card, your subscription will be automatically be renewed each month. You don't need to do anything more.
If you pay will PAYPAL, you will need to authorise the monthly payments. These will be sent you email address which you uses as your primary contact address. Please check your paypal account is you use this payment method. PAYPAL IS UNAVALIABLE AS A PAYMENT METHOD AT THE MOMENT. Sorry :)
How do I place an order to start getting goodies?
Before you can get started receiving beautiful beauty products every month, we’ll need you to register an account, this means you’ll be able to review your order at any time and adjust your details as needed. But don’t worry, we hate big annoying forms just as much as you do! So sign-up is fast and easy. To register now, simply click on the ‘Register’ tab at the top of the screen.
What information do I need to provide when opening a Beauty Basket account?
We just want the basics – your name, address and contact details. That keeps things nice and easy!
What will be inside my basket each month?
Each month, you’ll receive a different collection of five miniature beauty products, including prestige brands and up-to-the-minute trends – from skincare creams to fragrance and makeup – your basket is an ever-changing package of loveliness. We’re very picky about what we include, so it’ll only be in your basket if our Basket Bunny has tested it and loved it. When you register, we’ll send you a note letting you know what’s in store for your first basket. Every basket will also include a Beauty Basket newsletter from our Basket Bunny, who’ll dish up all the dirt on each of the products in your basket, and share a few tips and tricks on making the most of them too.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel?
That’s fine with us, we don’t like to lock you in or punish you for leaving, so cancellation is free and easy to do – simply send us a note at: firstname.lastname@example.org letting us know you’d like to cancel – we won’t interrogate you with annoying questions and you can return at anytime!
I'm really excited! How long till my basket arrives?
We know how exciting it can be waiting for a special delivery (especially if your postman happens to be cute), so we’ll try to make your wait as anxiety-free as possible. As soon as you sign up, we’ll provide you with an estimated arrival time for your goodies, and you’ll be able to track your order by logging in to your account at any time. It’s important to know too, that all of our baskets are dispatched at the end of each month, so your wait will be slightly less nail-gnawing if you don’t order on the first day of the month!
What happens if I accidently give you the wrong details, or I change address?
No problem! Simply log into your Beauty Basket account and edit your delivery address by clicking on the ‘Address Book’ tab. If you want to make super-duper sure your new deets will be used for your next delivery, (this is always a good idea if it’s getting close to delivery time), drop us a quick line at email@example.com to confirm the change.
Oops! I forgot my password! What do I do?
Don’t sweat. Just click the ‘Forgot My Password’ tab on the login in page and we will send you a new one.
What if I want to get a basket for someone else as a gift? Can you send a gift certificate?
Sure can! Just let us know your Beauty Basket subscription is a gift for someone else and we’ll send you a gift certificate to give to them on their special day so they know their goodies are on their way!
What do I do if one of the products in my basket is missing or damaged?
Oh no! We hope this doesn’t happen. We’ll always go above and beyond to ensure every basket is checked and lovingly packaged and delivered with care, but if for some reason you are not happy with your basket, we want to fix it straight away, so send us a note letting us know what’s wrong and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours.
