Terms and Conditions of Purchase
This agreement is a contract between the customer ('you') and Reed Pacific Pty Ltd ABN: 46 051 752 044 'Reed Pacific' 1037 Old Northern Rd Dural 2158 NSW. www.beautybasket.com.au 'Beauty Basket' is owned and operated by Reed Pacific.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Beauty Basket. By completing and ordering from bonzaspice.com.au, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the terms and conditions outlined below.
Beauty Basket reserves the right at all times to make changes to the Beauty Basket Terms and Conditions, stock offers, gift certificates and bonuses at its sole discretion without prior notice.
The following apply to these Terms and Conditions.
Agreement means an agreement between you and Beauty Basket to supply Goods.
Delivery Address means the address to which the Goods are to be delivered as stated on the Order.
Goods means Goods described in an Order (including fragrances and cosmetics).
Order means an order by you to purchase Goods from Beauty Basket.
Personal Information includes, but not limited to your name, Delivery Address and payment details.
2. Price of Goods and payment
All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. Prices shown do not include delivery and gift wrapping. You agree to pay the delivery and handling fee in respect to each product ordered and all applicable taxes in that regard.
Variation Beauty Basket reserves the right to change or alter prices of products without notice. The price applicable shall be the price applicable on the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.
Method of Payment You may use your MasterCard, Visa, American Express, PayPal. Beauty Basket does not accept cheque, cash or gift card payments for Goods. Payment must be cleared before the Goods are dispatched.
All subscriptions will continue until your cancel them in writing. Please email email@example.com to cancel your order.
3 and 6 Month Subscriptions will roll over upon completion of the initial pre-payment period.
Failure to pay monthly subscription fee will see the baskets failed to be sent out.
All products are only available for delivery in Australia.
Please note that goods are delivered as an individual item and cannot be bundled together. As such a separate delivery fee applies for each item.
Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery
You may nominate a delivery week however Beauty Basket is unable to ensure or guarantee delivery on a nominated day.
- Delivery charges will be indicated in the order page and are additional to the stated price for goods. The delivery charges are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
Risk & Title
- Risk and title in the Goods passes to you upon delivery of the Goods to your nominated Delivery Address.
- Beauty Basket does not make Goods available for collection.
Goods cannot be delivered to a P.O Box address.
- A person must be at the Delivery Address to accept the goods on delivery. Anyone at the Delivery Address who receives the Goods shall be presumed to be authorised to receive the Goods on your behalf. If there is no-one at the Delivery Address or no-one of the appropriate age to receive the Goods (or the person is unable or unwilling to provide appropriate proof of age), a calling card will be left for you to collect the Goods from the post office.
- Beauty Basket will not accept responsibility for late delivery or non-delivery due to incomplete or incorrect details provided.
4. Stock and Product Availability
All Goods featured on this site have been included in good faith on the basis that the Goods as described will be available at the time of the sale.
Please note that customer orders are not available should an item not be available.
Beauty Basket will use its best endeavours to ensure that all Goods ordered by you are supplied to you. If the Goods ordered by you are not readily available in stock, whenever possible Beauty Basket will offer you a comparable product of equal or greater value. Photography, Beauty Basket will attempt to have the most accurate imagery of products available, however images of larger items may be used to represent sample sized fragrances.
Beauty Basket reserves the right not to sell certain products to any person to which, or in any location where, the sale of certain Products is restricted or prohibited.
Use of any product sold by Beauty Basket is at the users own risk. We take no responsibility in giving application advice or inproper of misuse of any product.
Orders may only be cancelled online within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. This must be done by calling the Customer Care on 1300 660 494.
Please note that orders may not be cancelled after they have been shipped. Please choose carefully.
Please note that delivery fees and handling fees are non refundable, unless required by law.
Beauty Basket will replace or credit any items damaged, faulty or received incorrectly within 14-days of purchase. Please send all returns to the address below, order number and invoice number. (no cash refunds).
Beauty Basket cannot refund or exchange Goods unless there is a fault, this means no exchange is available for an error in judgment in product choice. Choose carefully.
You must notify Beauty Basket within 7 Days of incorrect shipments, otherwise you will be presumed to have accepted the goods and will be liable to pay for whatever you have received.

Beauty Basket at its discretion, may honour promotions, discounts or offers currently available from any source, however all advertised items are available only while stocks last unless otherwise stated in the advertisement.
